If you are in the process of trying to reinvigorate something in your world, don't focus on getting rid of things. Rather think about how to involve those closest to you in new projects. What do you want to do? Where do you want to go? If you have enough inspiration, you'll soon see signs of it springing up everywhere. As its presence continues to grow, you'll notice there's suddenly less space for things you've outgrown. As you open your life, heart and mind to these new positives, the negatives will gradually disappear.

A white lie can grow into a World War. Accidentally killing your grandfather on a time-travelling trip might erase your entire existence. Does real life work like that? Well, psychologically, yes. We are all sometimes guilty of allowing negative thoughts to snowball into something uncontrollable. This isn't inevitable. Don't let a molehill turn into a mountain.
